This Refund Policy governs the payments made to ZVEROX VENTURES LLC (“Zverox,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for our consulting, company registration assistance, website development, CRM solutions, and technical support services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

All payments made to ZVEROX VENTURES LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Due to the nature of consulting, digital, and customized services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Consultation Services

  • Fees paid for consultation sessions (including business advice, registration guidance, or technical consultations) are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.

  • If a consultation is canceled by the client before the scheduled session and with at least 24 hours’ written notice, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed or unattended appointments.

3. Company Registration & Documentation Support

  • Payments for company registration assistance, document preparation, or filing support are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Government fees, third-party fees, and filing charges are strictly non-refundable, even if an application is rejected, delayed, or withdrawn.

  • ZVEROX VENTURES LLC is not responsible for rejections or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Website, CRM & Software Services

  • Payments for website development, CRM setup, customization, or software-related services are non-refundable once the project has started.

  • If a project is canceled by the client after initiation, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • No refunds will be provided for completed milestones or delivered digital products.

5. Technical Support & Maintenance Services

  • Fees paid for technical support, maintenance, or subscription-based services are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

  • If a service issue arises, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it in accordance with the agreed service scope.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of ZVEROX VENTURES LLC, such as:

  • Duplicate payments made in error

  • Services not delivered due to an internal error on our part

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us first regarding any billing concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Permanent termination of accounts

  • Legal or collection action, where applicable

8. Policy Updates

ZVEROX VENTURES LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
